This study aims to determine the influence of understanding of Curriculum
2013 and work motivation partially on the performance of Accounting teachers at
SMK Negeri Makassar and to determine the effect of understanding Curriculum
2013 and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Accounting
teachers at SMK Negeri Kota Makassar. The variables in this study were the
understanding of Curriculum 2013 (X1), work motivation (X2) and performance
of Accounting teacher (Y) as measured by Likert scale. The population is all
Accounting teachers in SMK Negeri of Makassar, as many as 32 teachers. Data
collection techniques used were test and non test (questionnaire) .The data
analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption
test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test research.
The result of multiple linear regression equation between understanding of
Curriculum 2013, work motivation, and performance of Accounting teacher is Y
= 15,642 + 0,224 X1 + 0,683 X2 mean that constant of 15,642 stated that without
any influence of understanding of Curriculum 2013 and work motivation hence
variable of accountant teacher performance equal to 15,642. While the value of
0.224 for the understanding of Curriculum 2013 means that each increase of one-
unit comprehension Curriculum 2013 then the increase for teacher performance
Accounting 0.224 and the value of 0.683 for work motivation means that each
increase of one-unit work motivation then the increase for the performance of
Accounting teachers equal to 0.683.
The result of hypothesis testing shows that the understanding of
Curriculum 2013 partially significant effect on the performance of Accounting
teachers with the significant level at 0.006 and work motivation partially
significant effect on the performance of Accounting teachers with a significant
level at 0.000. Understanding of Curriculum 2013 and work motivation
simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance Accounting with
significant level at 0.000. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) is
equal to 0.624. This means that the effect of understanding the Curriculum 2013
and work motivation on the performance of Accounting teachers is 62.4% while
the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Karena hasil uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005 yang lebih
kecil dari 5% (α=0,05) berarti variabel motivasi kerja guru
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
