As an institution that is responsible in furnishing knowledge and learnings, Real ES commits to
its mission- to provide means that could improve the plight of our educational system through
transparent and responsive administration, accountable and engaging teachers, improved learning
facilities, safe and nurturing environment and trusted and responsible stakeholders.
Real ES through the implementation of its programs, projects and activities envisions a happy,
motivated, and competent learners with the help of receptive stakeholders and cooperative
community.
Moreover, the school is continuously implementing programs and projects that are vital in
achieving its vision of having an ideal learning institution that responds to the changing demands in
the education system; learners who possess the necessary virtues of being Maka-Diyos, Makatao,
Maka-kalikasan, at Makabansa.

ASSESS

REAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IS A PREEMINENT SCHOOL OF KNOWLEDGE


AND LEARNING LIABLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESPONSIBLE, CONSCIENTIOUS
GOD-FEARING AND PRODUCTIVE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY LEARNER. THE
SCHOOL CATER DIVERSE FASCIA OF LEARNING TO HOLISTICALLY NURTURE AND
BUILD-UP THE FULL POTENTIALS INTO WELL ROUNDED AND COMPETITIVE
INDIVIDUAL.

NUMBER AND RATE OF DROP-OUT BY CAUSE
• THERE WERE PROBABLE CAUSES AND DIFFICULTIES THAT AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LEARNERS.
SOME OF THESE WERE MALNUTRITION, DISTANCE/LOCATION, MIGRATION, PARENTS PERSPECTIVE AND
OTHER DOMESTIC REASONS SUCH US FAMILY PROBLEMS. THUS, THERE WERE FIFTY (50) PUPILS OR 4.02%
RECORDED AS DROPPED-OUT OVER THE YEARS.
NUTRITIONAL STATUS
• KEEPING CHILDREN OF ALL AGES SAFE AND HEALTHY IS ONE
OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TASKS OF CHILD CARE
PROVIDERS. DURING SY 2018-2019, THE SCHOOL HAD ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT (128) PUPILS WHO ARE
REGISTERED IN THE SCHOOL FEEDING PROGRAM. FORTY-
THREE (43) WERE IDENTIFIED AS SEVERELY WASTED AND
EIGHTY-FIVE (85) AS WASTED. THEY WERE GIVEN MEALS IN
ORDER FOR THEM TO IMPROVE CONCENTRATION, BETTER
TEST SCORES, INCREASE ENERGY, A HIGHER INTAKE OF
VITAMINS AND MINERALS, AND EVEN A HEALTHIER BODY
WEIGHT. THE REPORTED ENDLINE WERE 0 SEVERELY
WASTED AND 27 WASTED.
LEARNING MATERIALS
• THE LEARNING MATERIALS INCLUDE A WIDE RANGE OF
ACTIVITIES, EXERCISES, AND STUDY GUIDES THAT MAKE
LEARNING FUN. ALL STUDY GUIDES AND ACTIVITIES ARE
ALIGNED WITH CURRICULUM GUIDELINE. MAJORITY, THERE
WERE INSUFFICIENT LMS IN ALL LEARNING AREAS. THE
FOLLOWING ARE THE NUMBERS OF NEEDED BOOKS PER
LEARNING AREA: MOTHER TONGUE, 100; MATHEMATICS, 664;
ENGLISH, 443; FILIPINO, 648; SCIENCE, 193; MAPEH, 661; AP,
664; EsP, 664 & EPP/TLE, 380. TEACHERS MADE USE OF ICT TO
ENSURE LEARNING EXPERIENCE ARE STILL MET DESPITE
INADEQUATE RESOURCES.
TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
• IT IS THE GOAL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION THAT EVERY
TEACHER WILL BECOME NOT ONLY EFFICIENT BUT ALSO
EFFECTIVE. IT IS IN THIS MISSION THAT TODAY, A LOT
OF TRAININGS AND SEMINARS ARE BEING CONDUCTED TO
IMPROVE AND DEVELOP THE CRAFT OF EACH MENTOR IN SCHOOL,
ENHANCE THEIR TEACHING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND
DEVELOP THEIR TEACHING PERSONALITY. SOME OF THE
WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS ATTENDED BY REALITES WERE ABOUT
RESEARCH, WRITE-SHOP ON MODULE WRITING, DRRM, ISO
AWARENESS AND SEMINARS ON CRITICAL CONTENTS IN ENGLISH,
SCIENCE, MATH, FILIPINO AND AP. AT PRESENT, THE SCHOOL HAS 1
TEACHER WHO HAS UNITS IN DOCTORATE DEGREE, 10 TEACHERS
ARE HOLDERS OF MASTER’S DEGREE, 4 TEACHERS ARE
CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN THE MASTER’S DEGREE, WHILE 4
OTHERS ARE WITHOUT MASTER’S UNIT.
LITERACY LEVEL
• BASED ON THE SCHOOL’S LATEST PHIL IRI, THE
ADMINISTRATION OF THE GROUP SCREENING TEST IN GRADE
VI PUPILS REVEALED THAT ONLY 56 OUT OF 270 PUPILS
PASSED THE TEST WHILE 214 NEEDED TO UNDERGO PHIL-IRI
PROGRAM.
SBM LEVEL OF PRACTICE
• AS MANIFESTED IN THE YEAR END SBM EVALUATION, THE
OVER-ALL WEIGHTED RATING ATTAINED BY THE SCHOOL IS
DEVELOPING INTERPRETED AS LEVEL II MATURING LEVEL OF
PRACTICE. THIS IS A GOOD INDICATOR SUCCESS INDICATOR
FOR IT SHOWS HIGH LEVEL OF SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND
GOVERNANCE.
STAKEHOLDERS PARTICIPATION
• STAKEHOLDERS HAVE SHOWN NOTABLE PARTICIPATION ON
DIFFERENT ENDEAVORS FOR THE SY 2018-2019 AND ARE
RATED ACCORDINGLY; CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, 95%;
EXTRA-CURRICULAR, 80%, MEETINGS, 85%, ASSEMBLIES,
85% AND BRIGADA ESKWELA PARTICIPATION 85%. THESE
FIGURES ARE INDICATORS THAT STAKEHOLDERS NOWADAYS
ARE SHARING RESPONSIBILITIES WITH THE SCHOOL IN
EFFECTING BETTER AND RESPONSIVE EDUCATION FOR THE
COMMUNITY.

THE SPT WAS ABLE TO COME UP WITH PROCESSES THAT
