Individuals and communities who seek to increase their responsibility for personal health and

According to the data gathered, the data shows that the fish got 29%, meat is 28%,
vegetable tallied 27% and the mixed & processed food got the same percentage which
is 11%.
"%()*&*
Based on the data, most of the families prioritized food as we seen in the graph. Êhe
fish is the highest percentage which is they usually eat. Second is the meat because
most of the Filipinos eat meat and fish rather than eating nutritional vegetable which
is in the third position. Êhe last 2 are the mixed and processed food which is not good
in our health.
$%(#+,-(&.%#&'"
Each of us should know the value of health thru the food pyramid. Êhe vegetable must
be in a higher percentage to be intake because of the nutritional content we get when
we eat food. Êhe meat products gives energy which we need in our daily but we
should limit it in our body. A person who chooses to eat vegetable will live long life.
Various daily food guides have been developed to help healthy people meet the daily
requirements of essential nutrients and to facilitate meal planning. Food group plans
emphasize the general types or groups of foods rather than the specific foods, because
related foods are similar in composition and often have similar nutrient values.
