    The Philippine judiciary consists of the Supreme Court as the highest court in the land, along with lower courts established by law. The Supreme Court has the final say on decisions and is comprised of natural-born Filipino citizens over 40 years old with at least 15 years of experience as a lower court judge or practicing law.     Classes of Courts

    * Constitutional court
    -it is provided by the constitution
    and one supreme court.
    * Statutory Courts
    -it is creation of law in lower courts.
    Who can be a Supreme Court Judge?

    -Natural-born Philippine citizen.


    -At least 40 years old.
    -At least 15 years experience of being Judge at the
    lower court or engaged in the practice of law.
    -Person of proven competence,integrity,probity and
    independence.
