General information

Aim of this The aim of these slides is to help you create presentations quickly and in
document conformity with the Corporate Design.

The use of the Henkel master slide in 16:9 format is obligatory for internal and
PPT standard
external presentations.

Structure of this In addition to example slides on various subjects, this document also contains
document useful tips and tricks for working with PowerPoint.

Title of the presentation July 14, 2019 7

Basic structure of slides

 The standard font is Calibri. No other fonts may be used

for text.
 The standard font size for slide titles is 26 pt., and for
continuous body text 18 pt. Exceptionally (e.g. complex
graphics/charts) the font size can be reduced. Insofar as
possible, at least 12 pt. should be used.
 Continuous text and bulleted lists should always be
left-aligned. Short text segments in boxes (e.g. parts of
graphics or tables) may be centered.
 Numerals can be right-aligned (e.g. in tables).
Guidelines for aligning content can be displayed by selecting ”View > Guides”.  Optionally subheadings can be used
(26 pt., gray 2: R95 G105 B115, not bold).

 The use of animations should be unobtrusive and kept
to a minimum.
 To help ensure a simple, uncomplicated design, the
animation types “Fade” and “Wipe” should preferably
be used.

Slide transitions
 No animated slide transitions are used.
