• Interventions should be focused on learners
and not instructors.
• There are many ways to learn, and training is
just one.
• Learning happens continuously and all the
time, and does not stop when a training
event ends.

(learning) and not just by the delivery (training)
• Everyone is responsible for learning; it is not the
accountability of just one unit

encountered in the school facilitated by the
school head or a designated LAC leader
