Conclusion

My project on Comparative study of Training and Development of employees and

executives was conducted with the reference to Fashion and IT industry. During
my study I found that, both the companies provide training and development
programmes to their employees but the method of training is little bit different
for both. Where Fashion Industry send their employees for conferences, provide
lectures etc., there IT Industry give their employees all training related to
project development, skill development, etc.
In all training is important for all types of organization, only the method of
training may vary. While talking with the top executives of both the firms, I
found that training programmes are very beneficial for both the employees and
the executives, as it brings improvement in the work method and brings
favourable and fruitful result for the organization. In my personal interviews with
the employees I found that, training programmes also help to develop good
relation between employees and employers.
