From its legislation in 2009, Roxas National High

School has continuously dreamt of becoming a one
of the Premier High Schools in the west part of
Baguio City as it caters to more than eight
surrounding barangays. With the fast paced
changing of time, the school has experienced
challenges which remain as blocks in its quest for
continuous improvement.

Project HORIZON comes from the principle and

certainty that the sky will meet the earth. In Roxas National
High School, possibilities are limitless. With the continuous
effort and concern of the educational stakeholders, a strong
and unidirectional faculty and administration and unwavering
guidance from the SDO of Baguio and from its mother Project
DOVE, these challenges will be slowly eradicated and Roxas
National High School will reach its threshold of being one of
the leading high schools in the West part of Baguio City.
