Cgreen Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd is founded by

Mr.Chandra Shekhar in 2014 waste to energy sector.

This is the most upcoming field in India and is the
utmost need of hour now.

C Green is operating thru Bangalore and has tie up

with M/s. Urja Bio System Pvt Ltd, Pune for technical
matters which is a very well known and registered
consultant in this field at MNRE, New Delhi.
 Biogas refers to a gas made from anaerobic digestion of
all types of organic wet wastes.
 Biogas produced in anaerobic digester is used to generate
clean & renewable energy ( Either Electrical or Thermal )
 Typical Biogas Composition-
Methane (CH4 ) 45 – 65%
Carbon Dioxide (CO2 ) 30 – 40%
Hydrogen Sulphide (H2 S) 0.3 – 3%
Ammonia (NH3) 0-1%
Moisture (H2O) 0-10%
Nitrogen (N2) 0-5%
Oxygen (O2) 0-2%
Hydrogen (H2) 0-1%
 Feedstock for Biogas
 • Agricultural Waste ,• Animal Waste • Industrial Waste
(distillery/palm oil/starch/sugar/paper/food processing)
 • Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) ,• Municipal Solid
Waste (MSW)
 Beneficiaries
 • Farmers , dairies • Gas Producers • Gas Distribution
Companies ,• Industries Producing Organic Effluents
 • Villages, towns, Nations, Environment.

BIOGAS UTILIZATION
a) Social Benefits

b) Economic Benefits

c) Environmental Benefits
 1] Typical mixed waste available – 25 TPD- MSW, Press mud , Poultry litter,
vegetable waste etc.
 Capacity of Plant = 25 TPD = 2000 m3 /day
 Feed for Biogas = mixed waste available.
 Output from the Plant –
 a) CBG generation = 800 Kg/day.
 b) Organic Manure Generation = 5ton /day
 Revenue genertn – ( CBG – Rs60/kg , manure –Rs.3 / kg)
 CBG sale = Rs.48,000 /day. = Rs. 168 lac / yr.
 Manure sale = Rs.15,000/day = Rs.45 lac / yr.
 Total = Rs.168 lac +Rs.45 lac =Rs.213lac/ yr.
 Total Project cost - @ Rs. 3.25 Cr.
 Revenue generation thru manure and CBG sale
= Rs. 213 lac/annum.
 MNRE subsidy for this project = Rs.20 lac..

 We can say that the pay back is @ 2 yrs.
