Test papers should never be handled by
teachers

They must be prepared by the divisions and


handed over to the schools.

A teacher’s job is to grade papers, not


make the test papers since it is national
exam
Interaction between teachers and students
must be:
Triggered
Intended
Guided
Nourished

If the teacher isn’t willing to interact the


student will not comply
We all have personal problems/issues

We have no right to bring them in the


classroom

Our students need us to be fully functional


My students are like my children

They need me to succeed

I must get the best out of them

I must be at my best all the time
