45yr old Female from Mysore presented with
Chief complaints of-
Severe LUTS
Frequency x 3 months
Urgency x3 months
Dysuria. x3months
Burning micturition X 3 months &
Pain in the Right Flank X 1 months
 No H/O Fever,
 No H/o hematuria
 No H/O DM, HTN
 H/O Pulmonary Tuberculosis 4yrs
back and had completed treatment
for same.
 H/O loss of apetite and weight loss
 NO H/O cough
 GPE
Patient was Conscious, oriented to time place
& person
AFEBRILE AT PRESENT
BP-100/70 mm Hg
 PULSE – 84/MIN
 No E/O Pallor, Clubbing, cyanosis or
Generalized Lymphadenopathy
 CVS- S1 S2 +, NO MURMURS

 CNS- GOOD TONE & ACTIVITY

 RS- B/L NORMAL VESICULAR BREATH

SOUNDS HEARD
 PER ABDOMEN

 Soft Non tender

 No Guarding, Rigidity
 No Palpable lump, Scar or dilated Veins
EXTERNAL GENITALIA :-
NAD
