3.1 SmartFleet. SBI Net transfer

SBI Net banking procedure

SBI customers can transfer fund to Virtual account
number created with their respective FOID through
Internet banking from their Personal /Official Computer.
They have to access the Net banking functionality in SBI
site : www.onlinesbi.com/retail/login.htm ---> Click on
Continue to Net banking

 Enter their Username, Password and Log in

Now go to payment/Transfer : Click on Inter Bank Beneficiary

Select the mode of transfer RTGS /NEFT.

Click on the link of add a new Inter Bank beneficiary

Give the profile password

Give the CMS virtual account and address details ,

Give the RTGS/NEFT IFSC Code, accept the terms and conditions
and submit the request

Approve the beneficiary

Approve the beneficiary

Approve the beneficiary through OTP Password

Virtual account added as beneficiary

After the approval of beneficiary

account by SBI, customer can use
the SBI internet banking for CMS
recharges.
 3.1 SmartFleet. ICICI Net transfer .

ICICI customers can transfer fund to Virtual account number

created with their respective FOID through Internet banking
from their Personal /Official Computer. They have to access the
Net banking functionality in ICICI site : http://www.icicibank.com
---> Click on Personal to Net banking- Enter their Customer ID,
Password and Log in

Click on payments and transfer ,manage fund transfer to other

bank accounts
3.1 SmartFleet. ICICI Net transfer .

Initiate for fund transfer other bank accounts and select the
payment mode NEFT/RTGS.

Add payee

Give the virtual account and customer details

IFSC Code insert with help of lookup and submit

Confirm payee

Confirm the beneficiary with help of URN number

Confirm Registration

After the approval of beneficiary account by ICICI

customer can use the ICICI internet banking for CMS
recharges.
 3.1 SmartFleet. HDFC Net transfer .

HDFC customers can transfer fund to Virtual account number

created with their respective FOID through Internet banking.
They have to access the Net banking functionality in HDFC site :
www.hdfcbank.com/assets/popuppages/netbanking.htm
---> Click on Continue to Net banking- Enter their Customer ID,
Password and Log in
STEPS FOR ONE-TIME INITIAL REGISTRATION
Now from the menu bar, the Third Party transfer page may be selected
 3.1 SmartFleet. HDFC Net transfer .

Now select the process shown in left hand side : Add a

Beneficiary-Then select the highlighted option I e, Transfer
to eCMS Account (Virtual Account) and click continue. Below
screen will pop up :

Please fill in the beneficiary account number, Beneficiary name

to be mentioned as :BPCL FLEET CARD E-CO

HDFC BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT WILL BE

ACTIVATED AFTER 12 HOURS BY THE BANK

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR FUND TRANSFER TO VIRTUAL ACCOUNT

 3.1 SmartFleet. HDFC Net transfer .

Click on Transfer to eCMS Account (Virtual Account) and press

Continue. Now the below screen will come. In “To Account”
column, Please select your own FOID created, give transfer
description and insert the amount to be transferred to FOID .

Final success message screen will be displayed as below & over:

After the RBI RTGS run, the transferred amount will be

reflected in customer CMS balance
