Anger Is A Natural Behaviour
The most important thing about anger is that it is a natural behaviour.

Everyone gets angry on someone at sometime in some situation.

Some times it happens without reason.

Being in anger is abnormal or unaccepted or out of civil society.

The intensity of anger that harms self and others,


is an abnormal behaviour.
A Common Phenomenon
It is a very common phenomenon to see people around you expressing their
anger for one or the other reasons.

Does it mean that we should start avoiding or hating people who express anger?
NO.

We must understand a person, his emotions and surrounding conditions that


make him so uncomfortable, unhappy and resented that he bursts out into anger.

In case we come across of the rough patches of anger, we must not give up our
hope and we must handle the situation very carefully.
Anger May Be A Learning Experience
Sometimes a momentary anger makes you repent of your own silly mistakes and
misconceptions and it is quite a good learning experience.

Anger gives good lessons for a life time and you never commit the same mistakes
again.

It all solely depends on the individual.

A positive man will find some positive thing even in the most difficult times.
People Loose Their Senses In Anger
People do not know how to manage themselves when they’re in anger.

It is something that makes you override rational behaviour.

It is at times disastrous.

The losses done by it may be irreparable.

If a person is highly influenced under anger symptoms, then he must be taken to


a psychiatrist for its proper treatment.
