 Web and Android Application that can view history, summary

and status of Parcels for Delivered
 Transaction Details and status will be viewable through the App
 SMS Notification once parcels has been delivered
OVERVIEW OF
PROPOSED PROCESS FLOW
 ALGORITHM PROCESS

 Customer will go to any Victory Liner Terminal

 Go to the received clerk then process the Parcel
 Transaction Details will now be printed and put to the
Parcel
 Generation of transaction number then for customer
reference
 Added to this is the QR code for faster Scanning
 Text message to the receiver that a parcel is about to
deliver on victory liner terminal under his/her name
 Parcel will be loaded to the bus
ALGORITHM PROCESS

 Receiver and the Sender can check the status of their

parcels through the android application or web portal.
 Scan or enter the QR Code to see the details
 Once arrived at the designated terminal, Victory Liner
representative will scan and update the status of the
parcel.
 If Status = “arrived”, Text message will send to the
receiver confirming that the parcel has arrived.
 Receiver will pickup the parcel and status will changed to
“Received” by the customer
