the creation and implementation of comprehensive financial
restructuring packages.

•In Q4FY08,Yes Bank’s NII has grown by 134.3%
yoyto Rs1084mn, ahead of expectations.

•The strong performance has been driven by
improved margins .NIM’s of the bank increased by
79bps yoy and 9bps sequentially

•Yes Bank for the quarter ended Mar’09 reported
45% growth in Net interest income at Rs 155.22
crore and 24% growth in Net profit at Rs 80.11
crore.

•Yes Bank reported a strong Net Profit growth of
75% yoy for 4QFY2010, in line with the
expectations.
