 Introduction
 .
 First of all about Accomodators, it is established in 1982.
 The fonder of this company is Mr.Zulfiqar.H.Siddiqui,he
is the Chairman .
 Accomodators has two branches, one in Karachi and other
in Lahore.
 In Karachi the Area Manager is Mr.Khalid Ahmad Khan.
The wing of Constructed property is handled by Mr.Hafiz
Saeed .
 The professional colleagues includes Mr.M.Yousaf ,
Mr.Altaf, Mr. Hafiz Usman ,Mr.Joezph and
Mr.Shahnawaz.
 In Lahore the Area Manager is Dr.Farrukh Ali Khan.
 Professional colleagues includes Mr.Adnan Saleem.
 Both the branches working on the same policy and
pattern.

 Govt.Policies
 When trying to establish, the current government
make marked decrease in bank interest rates in
order to increase the trend to invest towards
business. Due to this people with draw their money
from banks and start investing in real estate.

 Event of Sept.Eleven
 In the second year of present government the
event of September 11 happened, due to
which mass investment came to Pakistan
especially in terms of real estate.

 Nonprofessional attitude
and Fake societies
 Seeing the above mention situation lot of people we
can say non professional people came in to this
business, many people stop doing their daily
business and try to become real estate agent as the
margin of profit is much higher in this business.
 Taking advantage of the above mention situation lot
of societies came into being. Few of them are true
ones other are fake. Greediness of human urges him
to invest more and more with out noticing whether it
is safe or not.

 Uncertainty
 After gaining endless profit many societies
start closing seeing the scenario uncertainty
develops in the mind of investor. Due to
which they stop investing in real estate, in the
meantime Govt. also start increasing the
bank interest rates and the things getting
worse and worse .
 Later on the few nonprofessional real estate
agents seeing the circumstances start
creating panic in the market and therefore
panicking the investors.

 Budget Factor
 Further more in the budget 2006 CVT (capital
value tax) is being imposed, which further
deteriorate the condition.
 According to my point of view it takes about a
month or two to settle down or in having a
better understanding of this tax evaluation.
