FRIED RICE NOODLES
What you need :
1 cup of rice noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cloves small red onion, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sweet soy sauce1
tbsp chili sauce or ground pepper
carrot, thinly sliced
sawi,cut into small piece
salt
olive oil

Make it :
- In a pot with boul the water, then add and cook the noodle until al dente. Drain and set
aside.
- Add garlic and small red onion into a hot skillet, saute continuously under low heat for
approx 2 min.
- add rice noodle, saute and mix together.
- Then add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and chili sauce, saute continues under low heat for
- approx 5 minutes.Put sawi inside.
- add salt for adjust the taste.
- add carrot then turn of the heat and ready to serve ;-)
NELL’S FRIED CABBAGE
• 1 head cabbage
• 300g chicken frankfurters(cut into small pieces)
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• salt and pepper
• 200g green peas-- optional
• dash Worcestershire sauce
• carrot 4s

Fry chicken frankfurters . Add onion and chopped cabbage to the chicken frankfurters drippings.
Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with green peas generously.
Add salt and pepper according to taste. Sprinkle with and serve.

FRIED EGG
Ingrediants
-15 eggs
-200 ml oil
Method
1.Put oil into frying pan.
2.Then,put the egg into the oil.
3. Leave it until the egg turns brownish colour.
4. The fried egg is ready to serve.
BRINJAL IN OIL RECIPE
Ingredients

brinjals – 1/2 kgs


onions - 2 to 3 sliced
tomato - 1 slic
ginger - 1
chilly powder - 1/2
pepper powder - 1/2 sp
salt according to taste

Method of cooking Baingan in Oil Egg plant in oil recipe

In the above ingredients except the brinjals fry all the items in oil & grind to a
smooth paste.
Slit the brinjal into 4 & stuff the masala paste inside the brinjals.
Soak a lemon size tamarind in water & extract the juice .
Grind 4 tomatoes separately together & keep aside.
Now add 5 to 6 spoon of oil in a cooker & then put mustard seeds &
Also add curry leaves,then whole pepper & add the stuffed brinjals.
Fry till the oil leaves out from the brinjal.
Now add the tomato paste & stir for 2 mins & also add the tamarind juice,
coriander leaves & salt is correct if not add little salt & chilly powder
accordingly
Leave 1 stream in the cooker. )
KENTUCKY STYLE FRIED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:

3 boneless chicken legs or chicken breast (cut to pieces).


1 chicken egg.
1 teaspoon of corn flour.
4 tablespoons of plain flour
Salt.
Curry leaves.

HOW TO:

Mix egg, corn flour, pepper, and salt.


Then marinate chicken pieces with the mixture and put aside for about half an
hour (the longer the better).
Mix plain flour and add marinated chicken pieces.
Heat up oil and when it’s ready, deep fried the chicken until its turn into golden
brown.
Then add curry leaves and it’s ready to be served.
FRIED TOHU
Ingredients:
• 1 lb extra firm tofu, drained
• Braggs liquid aminos (preferred), or soy sauce
• 2 - 3 Tbsp olive oil, or other cooking oil
• Optional: nutritional yeast

Directions
1. Slice the tofu in 1/2 X 1" pieces, or in 1/2 inch slabs (for sandwiches or tofu 'steaks'

2. there must be a better word!)
3. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with braggs, and shake or stir
4. Marinate for a few minutes to an hour as you lik
5. Heat the oil on medium/high in a heavy non stick frying pan or well cured cast iron
pan
6. Add the tofu, fry 5 minutes or so on each side until brown and crispy, turning with a
spatula (that's the fun part!)
7. To speed things up, fry the tofu in 1/2 inch slabs, which you can then cut up as
needed
