EUSTRESS
Eustress is a word consisting of two parts. The
prefix derives from the Greek eu meaning
either "well" or "good". When attached to the
word "stress", it literally means "good stress"
EUSTRESS
Eustress is a term coined by endocrinologist
Hans Selve which is defined in the model of
Richard Lazarus as stress that is healthy, or
gives one a feeling of fulfillment or other
positive feelings. Eustress is a process of
exploring potential gains.

EUSTRESS
This is the type of ‘positive’ stress that keeps
us vital and excited about life. The excitement
of a roller-coaster ride, a scary movie, or a fun
challenge are all examples of eustress.

VITAL AND EXCITED ABOUT LIFE AND A FUN CHALLENGE
IN ONES LIFE ,IT IS TRULY SAID THAT A PERSON WITHOUT
 STRESS IS A PERSONS IN DEAD ,IT REMINDS FOR
STRIVING GOALS ,OVERCOMING FROM CHALLENGE,NOT
HAVING A REASON TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING SO IT IS
CONSIDERED GOOD TO KEEP US HEALTHY AND HAPPY.
