Cal Poly Students

In order to get more of the student population to attend the

games, we offered a special promotion for students.
Students get in free with their ID card to all Cal Poly Athletic
Events, but we gave an extra incentive to win free books for
spring semester at a women’s basketball game. The
students could sign up for the drawing at our NCAA “Pack
the House” Challenge game, and the winner will be
announced at our annual Pink Zone game.

A “Dorm Storm” takes place around 2 hours before the game

to encourage students to attend and participate. Flyers for
the game as well as rally towels are handed out as promo
materials.
