● No estudo da FÍSICA, a composição do Universo é dividida
em duas entidades.

MATÉRIA
ENERGIA
• A matéria inclui os materiais que formam o Universo:

a multiplicidade
as rochas, a água, o ar de coisas
vivas.

• A matéria pode passar por transformações físicas e químicas. As


transformações físicas não alteram a composição da matéria.

• Para que essas transformações ocorram, é necessário que se


ganhe ou se perca ENERGIA.
ENERGIA

mover-se ou provocar a transformação da matéria.

O calor que nos aquece, a luz do Sol, de


outras estrelas ou das lâmpadas, são
formas de energia.

Todos os seres vivos são feitos de


matéria e precisam de energia para que
seu organismo funcione, seja ele uma
planta, uma bactéria ou um ser humano.
ENERGIA
A energia nunca é criada, mas sim transformada.
Ela pode ser transferida entre objetos ou sistemas pelas interações das forças.
A energia química que existe nos componentes dentro de uma
pilha é transformada em energia elétrica, que, por sua vez, é
usada para ligar algum aparelho;

A energia química da gasolina é transformada em energia


mecânica, que faz o carro andar;

A energia química dentro dos alimentos é transformada no nosso


organismo em energia que gera o trabalho que nosso corpo realiza
nas atividades diárias e também o calor que aquece o nosso corpo.

a energia em vegetais é transferido para as pessoas que as


digerem.
