Center Snap- Center Quarterback Exchange - Daily

ã Hand should be wrist deep.


ã Right hand on the crotch. Left hand face downward
at 90 degrees.
ã Elbows bent slightly to follow the center's
movement.

ã Offensive center should sit on QB's hands like he
sits on a bicycle seat.

Drop Back Techniques
