Introduction
Bahrain Air was incorporated on the 2nd of July 2007 as a closed Bahraini Shareholding Company B.S.C (C) and is
the first privately owned national carrier of Bahrain. Our historic Inaugural flight took off on 3rd February 2008
from Bahrain to the city of Dubai.

Bahrain Air was structured to fill a market niche for an airline with safe, affordable and flexible services; offering
premium and economy class service to the business community and general public

Managing Director/Captain Mr. Ibrahim Abdulla AlHAMER is a visionary and leads the company
from the front, flying our aircraft on a regular basis to all our destinations and understanding
passenger needs, staff requirements and market dynamics in navigating Bahrain Air into the future.

The Chief Operating Officer/Captain Mr. Ahmed Mohammed YAQOUBI who plays a hands-on role
in the day-to-day operations of the company, understands and guides our teams in the finer points
of achieving excellence. He also flies regularly on our routes and has first-hand information of the
market. He makes continuous changes and adjustments to keep the airline ahead of our
competition.

Bahrain Air plays a major role in linking Bahrain, the financial center of the Middle East, to major cities in the GCC,
the Levant, Africa and the Indian Sub-Continent, with fast and economical point-to-point services, for both the
business community and the traveling public. We are committed to offering our customers the highest level of
comfort, service and reliability at the most affordable prices, throughout the year on our growing network.

allows marketers to consider ways to grow the business via existing and/or new products, in existing and/or
