ΠRamzi's Initial presentation was well done


ΠHad made a complex budget seem clear even to a new comer to the company
 

   ΠThese were organised and prioritised concisely 
'ΠYou have found that Ramzi presented with a clarity that you have never seen
before in these presentations (page 6)
- I should have waited until we had more comprehensive data
'ΠRamzi likes to be where the action is, with a philosophy of " work hard, play

  
 hard"

'ΠThe researcher also mentioned tht ramzi had been doing late night competitor
analysis on some fresh data and was convinced now the team was backing
winner.
-I'm simply asking you to look more closely at some of the others.
  
 'ΠRamzi had shared the presentation time with a subirdinate, you had never


seen this before at Gama International Board meeting before and you
admired...(page 6)
ΠRamzi had something to say about every topic that was discussed ans was
clearly up to date on a vareity of diverse subjects.

there were few indications of how the plan would interface with the rest of the
business.

- He just seems reluctant to think outside the bounderies of the current approach.

how they grouped for the consumer.
