Os hormônios masculinos são produzidos nos testículos mas a
testosterona é o hormônio principal para a vida saudável de um homem, ela
está diretamente ligada com as características secundárias masculinas.
Além da testosterona, temos o hormônio folículo estimulante, conhecido
como FSH, que tem como função principal a produção de espermatozoides.
Já o hormônio luteinizante atua estimulando a produção de testosterona.
Chamado de LH, ele impacta na produção total de espermatozoides em
homens de todas as idades.
Se o FSH estiver baixo, assim como os níveis de LH, o homem pode sofrer
com uma baixa contagem de espermatozoides e com a infertilidade.
