Paciente do gênero masculino, 41 anos de idade,

apresentou o incisivo central superior direito condenado e
RESULTADOS com inflamação gengival localizada. O exame clinico
E DISCUSSÃO. mostrou profundidade de sondagem de 8 mm na parede
vestibular. O tratamento proposto foi a extração do dente
comprometido e a aplicação da técnica de RDI
( RESTAURAÇÃO DENTO ALVEOLAR IMEDIATA ) com o
uso de um enxerto triplo removido da tuberosidade maxilar
direita para reconstruir as estruturas de tecidos duro e
mole perdidas. Depois de 4 meses, a coroa provisória foi
substituída por uma coroa de porcelana. A margem
gengival dos incisivos centrais foi nivelada e mantida
estável depois de 2 anos de acompanhamento.
