(canais iônicos e canais de água);
• com gasto de energia: contra o gradiente (bombas
iônicas);

transporte (trocador);
• endocitose.
Via Paracelular

Fig. 35-2 Na+ transport processes in the first half of the proximal
tubule. The transport mechanisms depicted in A and B are
present in all cells in the first half of the proximal tubule. They
are separated into different cells to simplify the discussion. A,
The operation of the Na+-H+ antiporter in the apical membrane
and the Na+,K+-ATPase and the HCO3- transporter in the
basolateral membrane mediate NaHCO3 reabsorption. CO2 and
H2O combine inside the cells to form H+ and HCO3- in a
reaction facilitated by the enzyme carbonic anhydrase (CA). B,
The operation of the Na+-glucose transporter in the apical
membrane, in conjunction with the Na+,K+-ATPase and the
glucose transporter in the basolateral membrane, mediate Na+-
glucose reabsorption. Na+ reabsorption is also coupled with
other solutes, including amino acids, Pi, and lactate.
Reabsorption of these solutes is mediated by Na+-amino acid,
Na+-Pi, and Na+-lactate symporters located in the apical
membrane and the Na+,K+-ATPase and the amino acid, Pi, and
lactate transporters in the basolateral membrane.

tubuloglomerular. Um aumento da
Taxa de Filtração Glomerular (TFG)
(1) aumenta a concentração de NaCl
no fluido tubular na alça de Henle
(2), o que é percebido pela macula
densa e convertido em um sinal (3).
Este sinal aumenta a Resistência na
Arteríola Aferente (RA) (4), o que
leva a diminuição da TGF. JGA,

• Osmorreceptores
– Não osmótico
• Drogas: acetilcolina, PGs, bradicinina, anestésicos
INIBIÇÃO
• Stress: dor, náusea, ansiedade
• Drogas: álcool, norepinefrina, etc
55
Fig. 36-2 Anatomy of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland (midsagittal section) depicting the pathways
for antidiuretic hormone (ADH) secretion. Also shown are pathways involved in regulating ADH secretion.
Afferent fibers from the baroreceptors are carried in the vagus and glossopharyngeal nerves. The
vasomotor center includes the solitary tract nucleus. The closed box gives an expanded view of the
hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
56
Fig. 37-8 Opposing effects of ADH on K+ secretion by the distal tubule and cortical collecting duct.
Secretion is stimulated by an increase in the magnitude of the electrochemical gradient for K+ across
the apical membrane and perhaps by an increase in the K+ permeability of the apical membrane. In
contrast, secretion is reduced by a fall in the flow rate of tubular fluid. Because these effects oppose
each other, ADH has no net effect on net K+ secretion.

Voiding Urine - Micturition
• Micturition reflex

signal to spinal cord (S2, S3)
2) parasympathetic reflex arc from spinal cord,
stimulates contraction of detrusor muscle
3) relaxation of internal urethral sphincter
4) this reflex predominates in infants
