Rationale
Every citizen is liable to pay Income Tax on his income as per law Tax on income shall be payable by deduction or collection at source or by advance payment in accordance with the other provision Tax deduction liability is a vicarious liability and the principal liability is of the person who is taxable in respect of such income
Why TDS?
