What is Kshamta
Kshamta is a Capacity Building Program for Persons Below Officer Rank (PBOR) of Indian Army in IT, English Communication and Soft Skills. It is ideal for PBORs preparing for a second career option in the private sector post retirement from Army to hone their skills in IT and communication.
Reach of Kshamta
Microsoft carried out the training program in two phases and reached out to 48 locations of Indian Army in each phase.
