CRITICISM ABOUT SIX SIGMA


There are some-Criticism 1: It focuses MORE on individual processes and not so much on the value stream as a whole.....(comes often from Lean practitioners) Criticism 2: Expensive to implement... Criticism 3: Requires CHANGE Criticism 4: Assumes that management is doing the right things, at least strategically.
