Situation
Vertical drain stacks connecting to kitchens from the tenth floor to the first and into the basement Twenty-one 3 cast iron pipes Pipe replacement was not feasible due to elderly residents
Situation
Original pipes had almost entirely disintegrated Two 70 foot roof drains, each containing a double 45 degree bend
The process preserved the structure, avoided reconstruction and occupant displacement
Lined from the building, under the golf greens and to the entrance road
Trenchless technology preserved landscape and hardscape
We were able to quickly and efficiently line the piping system to stop leaks and prevent future problems
Situation
The hotel sits at sea level with its parking structure below the hotel. Drain lines are located below the parking structure, under the water table 70 feet of 5-year-old cast iron sewer drain line with a 4 diameter was corroded and had breaks, causing failures

Situation
Part of the 10 cast iron main line was missing Vertical cast iron storm drain lines were cracked and leaking into units
Customer did not want a re-pipe because of the cost and the destruction it would cause
The luxury, waterfront condo is 15 stories
Colony Point did not want to re-pipe the underground sewer drain lines because of the destruction it would cause

The structural liner cures in place and becomes a new protective pipe within the host pipe, which covers all holes and cracks, as well as prevents future problems from occurring
