Government Initiatives
Under TUFS, 10% capital subsidy on identified technical textile machinery has been provided in line with processing machinery. Withdrawal of excise duty exemption on sanitary napkins / baby diapers / incontinence diapers. Anomaly in customs duty has been removed on finished goods vis--vis raw material, i.e., Aramid fabrics vis--vis aramid yarn.
