Of Barangay Macabucod At Aliaga Nueva Ecija

This study is focused on the development and evaluation of a Barangay Macabucod Aliaga Census System , which help the Barangay Social Worker who are responsible for getting the census of Barangay Macabucod Aliaga Nueva Ecija to lessen their work and secure all the records and documents which are important for their census. With this program it will be easier for them to update the records. Even when sometimes they are lazy, the problem of misplacing the records is no longer a problem, because this program provides the records.

This study also helps the Barangay Social worker in updating their census without wasting a long period of time, and to monitor all number of populations without counting all the records manually. As they get information in their house to house interview, they can easily update the increasing and decreasing of the population in the Barangay. Barangay Macabucod Aliaga Census System provides a security access to the Barangay Social Worker to ensure the security of all the records.

Business Problem
Barangay Social Worker is the one responsible for getting the Census in Barangay Macabucod, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija. Each record of citizens by purok is recorded manually in the log book, to count the number of citizen in the barangay. It is hard for them to monitor always the upcoming of citizen and the citizen who leaves the barangay, that s why their records are no longer reliable. Sometimes the Barangay Social Worker have the laziness in keeping their records, they placed records anywhere that causes of misplacing the records. It is the reason to make another census.

Statement of Work
This study will help the Barangay Social Worker of Macabucod, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija to lessen their work and secure all the records and documents that are important for their census. With this program it will be easier for them to update the records. Even when sometimes they are lazy, the problem of misplacing the records is no longer a problem, because this program provides the records. And they can print the records anytime they want.

Project Objectives
To help the Barangay Social Worker in updating their census without wasting a long period of time. To monitor all number of population without counting all the records manually. As they get information in their house to house interview, they can easily update the increasing and decreasing of the population in the Barangay. To provide a security access to the Barangay Social Worker to ensure the security of all the records.

Scope and Delimitation

The member of Barangay Social Worker is the only one who has the permission to add a citizen and view the total population in the barangay. With this program they can easily monitor the health status of the every child in the barangay. From the data they get (height and weight), the program provides an automatic computation of Body Mass Index (BMI) of the child. And it displays the health status of the child whether he/she is underweight, normal, overweight or obese. All records that they input in the system depend on the Barangay Social Worker. The data inputted by the Barangay Social Worker is accepted by the system whether it true or not, because the system cannot correct the mistakes done by the Barangay Social Worker. Because all of the data that are stored in the system is User Dependent.

CONCLUSION
The equipments in Barangay Macabucod Census are functioning manual. Barangay Macabucod Census owns a wide variety of records and data that can be records through the manual system. The Barangay Social Worker placed their records anywhere. It has a possibility to misplace or even lost some of their records because some members of Barangay Social Worker do not place their records on its proper placed.

RECOMMENDATIONS
This study can serve as a guide to the Barangay Census System and how it is functioning. The facts that are imbued in this case study will be beneficial to the Barangay Official and Social Worker. It is therefore recommended that the current situation and ways of functioning be fair and at the average. This study is suitable for the use Barangay Macabucod Census. For its program is developing specially for the system in the Census System only. It is therefore recommended to the Barangay Macabucod to use this program because this program helps the Barangay Social Worker a lot.
