Requirements
Functional Requirements
The system should require each user to login to the system with a password Each user group shall have specific privileges and restrictions Associate Group: ability to update job status per process only Admin Group: ability to edit everything and also to extract / upload the database

Technical Requirements
MS Access installation for PCs of the 30 Aged WIP associates, 2 Aged WIP Team Leads, 1 JIRA Scrubber, 1 IT scrubber and 1 BDS scrubber An independent server for the Aged WIP Database + additional server for its back-up

Users should be able to search for specific Ad IDs one at a time by Better PC specs for the consultants who will be doing the MS Access using forms integrated with the database. Complete details for that programming because current PCs are intermittently slowing down particular Ad ID should be displayed below the form. when both MS Access and MS Excel are simultaneously calculating Simultaneous access and edits on the database. System should be able to capture all updates made by users and reflect it real-time on the database. Easy modification of the system to accommodate the ever changing requirements of the Aged WIP Project

Its an open source software. Easy to use for creating dynamic web pages. PHP has its own community where people can make their own scripts and post as per the requirement.
