INTRODUCTION
The main objective of our life is utilize the SIXTH sense in each one of us This differentiates us from other living and non living beings..This 6th sense helps us differentiate between good and bad. Life is full of complex problems and tension.. As Buddha rightly said a house without death and an heart with out sorrows never existed in this world.

YOGA
Yoga is derived from the word YOG , which means UNION, i.e it is the harmony between the self and the nature , body and the soul. There are different kinds of yoga namely Bakthi yoga, Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Hatha yoga, Gnana yoga YOGA was discovered around 5000 years by a famous saint namely PATHANJALI..
He told that the pleasure obtained through the 5 senses are limited and that one obtained by 6th sense is ever lasting joy..

WHAT IS YOGA - MEDITATION


Yoga is used for realising the self. It vibrates and initiates the Universal life force energy present in each one of us.. WHY SHOULD WE MEDITATE: It is been noted that about 80 % of the disease are caused due to mental stress.Even cancer is caused by high stress.. MEDITATION is derived from the word Medicine , as
medicine is for the well being of our body where as meditation is for the well being of body.

FEATURES OF YOGA
Yoga is not a religion, blackmagic ,or a cult. It is a self help which maintains our body health there by regulating the oxygen flow relieveing the chronic diseases and enhancing the creativity and communication skills and learning abilities by improving the integration of the Left and Right Hemispheres of the brain.. There by a person can face any challenges.

POWER OF THOUGHTS
The food we eat is restricted to our body alone , but the thoughts we obtain we can travel thousands of miles and is boundless..
If we speak of yoga we should know what a CHAKRAS is.

CHAKRA MEDITATION
What is CHAKRA? Chakras are the energy centres of the body,where thousands of nerves join and this is place where the endocrine system of a body is closely connected. This is where the Maha Sakthi Kundalini Sakthi is present.There are 7 major chakras in the body , which when initiated leads us to enlightment ...i.e self realisation.

BENEFITS OF MEDITATION
