Our Aim

Our task as an IT firm is to build a new network

infrastructure for a company named Minimuse.
Our reason for doing so is because our new
client’s current system is outdated and they are
currently in the process of expanding their
operations, hence the system must be updated
accordingly.

Our aim is to leave the client with an improved

system in which provides greater efficiency and
productivity which would in turn aid in the
companies growth.
 Communications
 In ensuring that you’re company is well informed throughout the lifecycle
of the project we have devised a well constructed communications plan to
achieve this
 We have numerous devices which we use to stay in touch with you such
as; emailing, calling by phone, face to face consultation, presentations and
written documentation.
 The Risks
 In our endeavour to ensure that our project will run according to plan we
identify the various risks that may pose a threat to our project and have
the knowledge and resources to deal with them accordingly. To do this we
followed a process of;
 Firstly identifying the risks involved
 Conducting a risk analysis
 Developing a risk mitigation strategy
 And finally monitoring the risks throughout the project lifecycle
 We also ensure that all risks are documented accordingly and the
probability and the relative impact is also duely noted
 What does Quality mean to us?
Our company relies on a Quality System, which is constructed upon a set of company
protocols which facilitates unmatched quality in comparison to most of our
competitors. The quality system states that;

 Conclusion
 In conclusion to our proposal for an implementation for a new system
