Socialization The process by which members learn and internalize the values and norms of an organization.

Anticipatory Socialization The process by which people take on the perspectives of the group they aspire to be in. Culture of Orientation It refers to the culture that the new recruits bring with them and How new entrants are initiated into the institutions' culture.
