Melissa worked in the city as a marketing and communication professionals in the arts sector nonfropit for 12 years. in the process had seen a lot of problems and a lot of progress

Melissa had come to work at northern univercity for doing promotion Northern Universty business school. creating a positive image and developing an effective communications and marketing program to get qualified students

Background Problems
Melissa came to meet Evan and expressed her ideas to promote The Nothern University.

Evan is the senior administrator responsible for oversight of the communications office. Melissa ideas received a positive response and Evan suggest to make propose a project but that it be a project she would work on with the communications director (Stefan)

Melissa call Stefan Stefan, id like to set up a meeting to talk with you about some ideas i have for a Univercity-wide publicity campaign. Ive already shared my ideas with evan and he suggested we work together on this initiative

Response Stefan im a bit confused about as to why you would be involved in such a compaign. It seems unusual, at best, that someone outside of my office would be proposing such a thing and having discussions with my boss without my knowledge.

Assessment of The Recommendations

The Recommendations of the three advisors of all good and very helpful Melissa in making decisions to solve the problem at hand.

The recommendations of the three advisors generally recommend that Melissa has continued its goal to help promote the Northern University and must work closely with Stefan as desired by Evan.

In my view the best solution is to try to explain the point of the problems that have occurred and have little ambition Melissa aside to offer the position offered by Evan and persuaded Stefan to cooperate and make this is a joint project to promote the university's goal to be accomplished. The key to this problem is how Melissa convince to Stefan to cooperate and develop a sense of excitement in the success of the project.
