Sub: Proposal for conducting a MANUAL Robotics Workshop

Dear Sir/Madam, Shastraa is an organization formed by youngsters. Shastraa has been established on May, 2011. . Being the pioneers of Educational Technology in India, the courses formulated by Shastraa are recognized and certified as per the industrial norms to match the ever growing requirements of the industries in this dimensionless field. Our courses have also been appreciated and conducted at the major Technical Institutes . And training the Indian students with the cutting edge technology is not just our aim, but also a responsibility as it helps them bring their dreams to reality. We also do aim to serve in other youth oriented field including cultural, technical, sports, educational , entertainment and social activities. This is a platform for every student who wants to explore the world of opportunities. In future we aim to serve students every basic daily life needs like- Hospitality, Lodging, Counselling, Carrier Development, Technical skills enhancement, etc. Shastraa is an organization which conducts various kinds of workshops to spread latest and efficient technologies. We also provide Seminars regarding the upcoming and on going technologies. TUTON is a technical branch at Shastraa. Tutons has already delivered various successful workshops on ROBOTICS, LINUX, Website Designing, C/C++, etc. We also prepare our student for different type of local and national level competitions held in IIT's, NIT's and various institutes. Unlike others we also introduce our students with very new technology like R.C., Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Cloud, Android, Meego, Mango We have more than 80 members associated with us. We are also working with projects like Railway communication, Digital traffic control, optical communication, magnetism theories, law-rotor, supercomputing, cloud computing, overclocking, open source projects, etc.

The Purpose:
Shastraa aims at encouraging young minds to have a wide area of vision in the field of robotics by instigating youths to actively participate in the various National and International Level Technical Symposiums and Competitions. Exposure is a must to be a master in this field. Hence, as an effort to accomplish this aim team Shastraa has come up with professional training programs, workshops and products to meet the needs of budding engineers. Here we lend a hand towards the technological growth of our country by exposing the novice to the technology that has never been explored in India.

Hence we wish to conduct one of our training programmes in your prestigious institute. Please find attached the course content. Our Requirements for a workshop: *College will provide a seminar hall capacity of 200 People *Two cordless mikes, 1 LCD projectors and Internet connection. *Permission and support for SHASTRAA Team for the promotion of the Workshop with best efforts possible. We assure you that our Robotics workshops and kits have always proved to be very beneficial for the engineering students, and we consider it as an opportunity for both of us to spread the magic of robotics across India.

Benefits for students: *IBM-ACE will provide every participant the Certificate of excellence participation *SHASTRAA will provide every participant with the TUTON INNOVATION ROBOTICS KIT, free pendrives, free t-shirts, refreshment by dominos & MC-Donalds and LIVE-CONCERT after the workshop for refreshment of students. *Minimum Charges of attending workshop will be starting from Rs. 890/- (for theory classes only) upto Rs. 2600/- (for single student training plus self robotics kit).
