By meeting men and women in their `constituencies in discussing about life and their welfare on gender issues. visiting churches discussing on emotional and spiritual issues

Yes it is. It gives them the ability of discovering how important they are in the community and also to understand their responsibilities at home and in the entire country. It makes them to understand how important they are and improve their confidence and self esteem

Addressing the problem by giving them awareness on GBV and also income generation and self help development skills. Also addressing them on how to get access to development funds, poverty reduction, youth fund from the Ministry of Development and Local Government Teaching them how to get their markets of their hand works
WHO IS THE KEY TARGET? WHO IS INVOLVED? ARE WOMEN AND MEN EQUALLY INVOLVED?
The key targets are women and men also the youth. It is both male and female involvement project, partnership developed from bolomakhaya (Home Economics) project developers (batfutfukisi) and hand work developments department in the Ministry of Agriculture. Yes they are all taken into consideration

Yes partners are there. We have SWAPOL, North Star,Hospice at Home, Save the Children, Salvation Army and other community members. These partners are the ones we work with most of the time. They have expertise which we engage when needed.

Resources are available. Financial assistance is attained from the Regional Development Fund, Saving and subscribing every month and The Youth Fund. They are utilised by giving them application forms
I give myself time to be with them during processing and designing period, as well as to see how they get their market and support of culture. The community leaders also give themselves time on monitoring them

By promoting the culture and inviting the media and social media to popularise the issues and the matters arising. during the sharing of their subscriptions creating cultural songs on certain matters or issues they encounter in life
Involvement of males in the projects played a significant role by understanding the issues of GBV, and the importance of culture. The income they get from selling their projects is helpful in their household needs and paying school fees for OVCs. Some now have electricity on their homes

Yes the substance is sustainable and it can be replicated by others. People are no more baggers but live of their own bennefits Women and men of my country have physicaly and financialy improved
LESSONS LEARNED
We all need each other in life Lessons learned are every human being is important. The male involvement in this project is very active on issues of GBV. There could be no OVCs if supporting each other with any source of income from our projects. The next generation will live a better life through learning on the presence people Sharing skills with young people helps the application of lesson learned
