Cell phones are commonly use in many organization. In a meeting it is consider as disruptive and unwanted. The idea to avoiding its usage, is to keep peoples concentration in meeting rather than on their cell phones. Its rude to interrupt a meeting by taking call because if someone talking to you, give them your full attention.

Introduction:

Many technologies has been invented which have change our lives, now they are becomes a part of our daily lives . Mobile phones are one of them, which has made our lives easier and faster. it enable us to stay in contact with our family, friends and co-workers. But sometimes, there are some situations comes in which we have to be careful in sensitive places like class rooms, business meeting, in mosque and during driving.

It is the facilitators role to manage the time. First to start the meeting, he should announce; Please switch off your cell phones or keep it on vibration". He must make sure that all issues must completed in a given time and this can be achieve by the attention of participant actively. If someones cell phones staring, it shows he is not paying attention and also interrupted on others attendees focusing. So meeting are punctuated with short break in which all peoples can attend the missed call or messages.

How to avoid the meeting distraction:


Set rules in advice. Don't bring cell phones to meeting. Turn your cell phones ringer off Let your calls go to voice mail

By avoiding the common distraction, the meeting will become more productive and even take less time.

Conclusion:

During the study of this topic, we conclude that its all about value not time or even cell phones. Because the speaker in meeting wants feedback or value from the participants, in school teacher wants the full concentration of students during lectures, in prayer we are given value to Allah that we are performing prayer respectively and obediently and during driving we have to follow the rules of traffic.
