Family - The ultimate beneficiary

Every family is dependent on the woman, who is the

lady of the house.

Children look up to their mother for guidance on social,

cultural, educational and religious values. The husband depends on the woman for every aspect of the family life.

Empowering women will lead to a well-balanced

family structure, which is vital for proper growth of the society.

Advantages of a women executives

Women have the ability to influence the co-workers&

the subordinates with their working patterns Their ideology is somewhat that differs from men ideas Women donate twice as much to charity as men Women are the better monitors and mentors Comparatively more patience

Pitfalls of women executives

If the female is married then the working pattern is

disturbed due to their family matters coz females pay more attention to their family rather than their work once they are married , but if the female is single then it could be great deal only if she is independent but again the problem would be their family boundaries. Active woman in the workplace can be a magnet for criticism from other women. They may face obstacles simply because of their gender. Women are considered as distraction

Pitfall Continues

Restriction of upward mobility Lack of mentoring (certain situations)

Difficulty meeting rigid work schedules due to the
