A. CV Selection :3. We shortlist candidates as per the requirement and job description given. Preliminary Interviews are done by our engineers. Trade test is done for the skilled & unskilled people. All the cvs of selected candidate is sent to the employer for shortlisting.Telephonic interview can be arranged as per the demand from the employer. Once the final selection is done the employer has to send the Appointment / Offer Letter. Pre-mobilization medical test will be done to ensure that the selected candidates are medically fit to travel. Visa procedures employer will process the papers for Visa. Departure - Within a week after receiving the Visa..

B. Client Interview:3. The employer has to send the manpower requirement with complete job description, manpower specification, Interview Schedule and terms and condition. So that we can make the necessary arrangements for the interview. The employer will send the work order at least 10 days prior to the interview. We will make all the necessary arrangements for client interview. We will arrange interview place for Senior category and work shop to test the skill of the workers.
