*Swades movie revolves around Mohan Bhargava, a

project manager with NASA , who returns to India on a quest to find his childhood nanny.

*During his stay in a small village called Charanpur,

he observes the various problems in rural India such as poverty, caste system, illiteracy, disregard for education and an apathy to change. villagers through various efforts in the field of education, electricity generation and caste discrimination.

*He resolves to bring improvement in the lives of the

* Mohan portrays a true leader in the movie. He

possesses leadership qualities such as:1. Patience 2. Negotiation skills 3. Motivational skills 4. Empathy 5. Ready to take responsibility 6. Knowledge * Gita also shows leadership qualities in the field of education.

*Electricity problem in Charanpur *Mohan makes a team of villagers to bring in

electricity in the village.

villagers changed the attitude.

the electricity generation in a village which stayed in darkness for decades.
