STATEMENT OF WORK
Project scope
Design, Material selection & Procurement, Installations, Testing & commissioning, Maintenance of all types of MEP works , and interior designing for setting up of new restaurant. This operates strictly under the applicable technical and safety requirements.

Design
The 3D design will be done accordance with the owners specifications and requirements and will be sent to the owner and the landlord to their approvals. Both Interior and Exterior design has to be considered

STATEMENT OF WORK
Drawings
Detailed out let plan will be drawn according to UAE law. The drawing states the kitchen specifications , dining space, counter area MEP points, gas line etc and this has to be approved from owner and as well as the concerned authorizes like DM

Warranties
we are liable to replace or do maintenance work in case of any damage or destruction with in a period of 1one year. And later after a year it will be owners concern

Quality Assurance
All materials used on the project shall be of standard quality and under approval from the owner

Inspection & Tests


It should carried on to all MEP works

Acceptance & Payments


Successful completion of total project over a period of 90 days, Frequent visit to the site during the fit out works to ascertain that the work is executed in reasonable conformity with all plans specifications All payments to be made in AED and payable at sight on various stages against submission of documents
