UNIOESTE- Bolsista CAPES/CNPq) Lourdes Kaminski ALVES (Orientao- UNIOESTE) RESUMO: Neste artigo se tem como tema a observao da forma como o Estado, atravs de seus mecanismos de controle social, como o caso das diversas instituies que tomam a titulao de entes dotados de f e natureza pblica, acaba por incutir e mesmo coagir os cidados a se conformarem com o estado de coisas que se encontra estabelecido, bem como sempre voltarem-se para a importncia do interesse pblico em detrimento aos seus interesses particulares. A anlise da obra O Processo (1925), de Franz Kafka seguir o enfoque acima descrito. Observar-se- como Josef K. sucessivamente abordado e condicionado a um determinado modo de vida por parte do Estado. Mostrar-se- como com o desenvolver da trama a coao leva K. a assumir uma postura inquieta, e mesmo no sendo sua inteno cooperar com as vontades do sistema, acaba interagindo nos moldes estabelecidos e assim reconhecendo sua legitimidade, o que acaba por lev-lo a uma pena capital. ABSTRACT: In this article there is as a theme the observation of the way how the State, through its mechanisms of social control, as in the case of several institutions who take the title of beings gifted with faith and a public nature, ends up inflicting and even inducing the citizens to conform with the state of things that is established, as well as always favoring the importance of public interest instead of their own interests. The analysis of the novel O Processo (1925), written by Franz Kafka will follow the focus produced above. Will be observed how Josef K. is successively approached and conditioned into a certain way of life by the State. Will be shown how, with the development of the plot that is made against K. makes him assume a disquiet posture, and even if his intention was to not cooperate with the wills of the system, he ends up interacting in the established models and recognizing its legitimacy, which leads him to a capital punishment.
