A criação e manutenção de uma relação sexual com um
parceiro é considerada um fator integral no padrão
internacional da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) para
descrever e medir a saúde e a incapacidade [1] e a atividade
sexual é um conhecido indicador de qualidade de vida [2].

A influência que a atividade sexual tem na qualidade de vida,
saúde e incapacidade tem implicações importantes para as
mulheres que sofrem de lombalgia; entre 48 [3] e 73 [4] por
cento das mulheres com lombalgia relataram uma redução
acentuada na frequência de sua atividade sexual.

Achados de estudos qualitativos examinando a atividade sexual de
mulheres com lombalgia indicam que a causa central para essa redução
significativa na frequência é o aumento da dor nas costas durante o
s3xxx0.
Os pacientes também revelaram quais posições eles acharam que mais exacerbavam
sua lombalgia: prona, seguida de supina e deitada de lado [5].
G3 = mulheres que não toleram movimentos gerais. A dor geralmente aparece ou piora
nas duas direções de movimento, qualquer movimento.
As posições analisadas no estudo foram:
quadrúpede (4 apoios) com o apoio dos cotovelos
fQUAD1 e das mãos fQUAD2. “Papai-mamãe”
com os joelhos/quadris menos fMISS1 e mais
fMISS2 flexionados. De lado fSIDE.
Agora vamos as melhores posições para cada grupo.
Para as mulheres do G1 as melhores posições são:
1 – fQUAD2. É indicado manter o bumbum empinado.
2 – fSIDE. É indicado manter o bumbum empinado e arquear levemente a
coluna para trás.

No entanto, o que vemos na prática clínica é que
pessoas com dor lombar têm seu sintoma alterado de
acordo com diferentes posições, posturas e
movimentos do dia a dia.
