ENSINO DO MTODO DE ELEVAO ARTIFICIAL DE

PETRLEO POR BOMBEIO MECNICO
Resumo: A elevao artificial (EA) de petrleo um importante instrumento na
produo de petrleo, visto que a maior parte dos poos em explorao a utiliza.
Dentre as diversas formas de EA a mais utilizada o Bombeio Mecnico (BM). Uma
unidade de bombeio mecnico eleva petrleo convertendo o movimento rotativo de um
motor em movimento alternativo de um pisto. O principal objetivo do presente
trabalho apresentar a construo de uma bancada didtica de uma unidade de
bombeio mecnico. Para isso foram realizadas pesquisas a respeito do tema, houve a
elaborao de um projeto, a unidade foi construda, a eletrnica de sensoriamento e
acionamento foi desenvolvida e por fim um sistema supervisrio foi desenvolvido. A
unidade funcionou perfeitamente seguindo o setpoint introduzido, simulando pancada
de fundo e apresentando os resultados em grficos. A bancada desenvolvida uma
ferramenta com potencial para ser utilizada em salas de aula, facilitando a
compreenso dos alunos e tambm pode ser usada para simular estratgias de controle.

DEVELOPMENT OF A DIDACTIC WORKBENCH FOR THE

TEACHING OF THE METOD OF ARTIFICIAL LIFT OIL PUMP
IN MECHANICAL
Abstract: The artificial lift (EA) of oil is an important tool in oil production, since most
wells in operation use him. Among the various forms of EA the most used is the
Pumping Mechanical (BM). A mechanical pumping unit raises oil converting the rotary
motion of a motor into reciprocating motion of a piston. The main objective of this
paper is to show the construction of a didactic workbench of a mechanical pumping
unit. For this were carried out research on the subject, there was the development of a
project, the plant was built, the electronic sensing and actuation were developed and
finally a supervisory system was developed. The unit worked perfectly following the
entered setpoint, simulating bottom's blow and present the results in charts. The bench
is a important instrument to be used in classrooms, facilitating the understanding of the
students and can also be used to simulate control strategies.
