1. Configurao do Acrobat Reader

Caso a validao do Selo de Certificao seja desconhecida, dever executar as aces abaixo descriminadas: Para que o Acrobat Reader, reconhea a Autoridade de Certificao, dever executar as seguintes operaes:

1.1 Na Verso 6.0

No menu Edit, seleccione a opo Preferences; Na caixa escolha a opo Digital Signatures; Clique em Advanced Preferences; Na caixa Digital Signature Advanced Preferences active as seguintes opes: o Enable importing of identities from the Windows Certificate Store into Acrobat trusted Identities list; o o Validating Signatures; Validating Certified Documents;

Clique em OK para confirmar.

1.2 Na Verso 7.0 e 8.0

No menu Edit, seleccione a opo Preferences; Na caixa da esquerda dever escolher a opo Security; Clique em Advanced Preferences; Na caixa Digital Signature Advanced Preferences seleccione o separador Verification Desactive, caso esteja activa, a opo Require that Certificate revocation checking be done whenever possible when verifying signatures; Active a opo The time at which the signature was created; Seleccione o separador Windows Integration e active as opes: o o o Enable import and use of identities from the Windows Certificate Store; Validating Signatures ; Validating Certified Documents ;

Clique em OK para confirmar;

Nota: Poder ser necessrio reiniciar o computador para que o Acrobat Reader reconhea as assinaturas digitais.

1.3 Na Verso 9.0

No menu Edit, seleccione a opo Preferences; Na caixa da esquerda dever escolher a opo Security; Active a opo Verify signature when the document is open Clique em Advanced Preferences;

Na caixa Digital Signature Advanced Preferences seleccione o separador Verification

Desactive, caso esteja activa, a opo Require that Certificate revocation checking to succeed whenever possible during signatures verification;

Active a opo The time at which the signature was created;

Seleccione o separador Windows Integration e active as opes: o Enable searching the Windows Certificate Store for certicates other than your; Trust ALL root certificates in Windows Certificate Store for the following operation: o o Validating Signatures ; Validating Certified Documents ;

Clique em OK para confirmar;

2. Validao de Assinatura
Caso o Selo de Certificao se mantenha desconhecido, ser necessrio executar os seguintes passos:

Coloque o cursor sobre a Assinatura Digital; Pressione o boto direito do rato; Seleccione a opo Validate Signature; Clique OK para confirmar.
