DIFERENAS ENTRE LINGUAGEM ESCRITA E FALADA

Muitos acreditam que existem diferenas gritantes entre a linguagem falada e a escrita. Todos dizem: a fala bem informal, a escrita formal. Na verdade, no bem isso que ocorre. Linguagem falada e escrita, so simplesmente diferentes. Hoje em dia, existem inmeros meios de comunicao escritos que so informais, como, por exemplo, o e-mail, para citar o mais conhecido. No uma questo de formalidade e informalidade, mas sim o estilo de linguagem usado em um tipo de comunicao e em outro. Na comunicao oral existe interatividade, por isso as frases podem ser mais evasivas pois com o auxlio da linguagem corporal, da expresso facial, dos gestos e do tom de voz, o interlocutor consegue perfeitamente entender a mensagem. J na comunicao escrita, no existe auxlio de tais fatores, o que exige que as frases sejam perfeitamente claras, mesmo que informais. Veja alguns exemplos de frases em ingls usadas na linguagem falada e na escrita: Linguagem Falada (Spoken language): - Can I get you something to drink? - You sound like you have a cold - Do you have the time? = What time is it? - What do you mean? - Oh!
