REDUCTION OF QUARENTINE IN HOTEL FOR VACCINATED
PEOPLE

Prezado(a) colaborador (a),

Esperamos que você e seus familiares estejam bem.

Em função do avanço da vacinação no Brasil e, sobretudo, no Rio de Janeiro, vamos alterar a quarentena em
hotel para os colaboradores offshore como descrito abaixo:

Pessoal com Ciclo Vacinal Completo (15 dias após a segunda dose ou após a dose única da vacina
da Janssen).

1. Quarentena Domiciliar: Do primeiro ao décimo dia;

2. Questionário de Saúde de Viagem: Preencher no oitavo dia de quarentena domiciliar;
3. Trânsito: Ocorrerá no décimo dia;
4. Quarentena em hotel: Do décimo primeiro dia ao décimo quarto dia após início da quarentena domiciliar;

 5. Embarque: Ocorrerá no décimo quinto dia, após o início da quarentena domiciliar;
6. Testes PCR: Nos dias 11, 13 e 14 no hotel;
7. Verificação Médica: Nos dias 11, 13 e 14 no hotel;
8. Questionário Pré-Embarque: Dia 15.

Pessoal com Ciclo Vacinal Incompleto e/ou Não Vacinado

O pessoal que não tiver sido vacinado e/ou não tiver completado o ciclo vacinal deverá seguir o protocolo padrão
de 8 dias de quarentena domiciliar e 6 dias de quarentena em hotel.

Dear employees,
We hope you and your family are doing well.

Due to the advance of vaccination in Brazil and, above all, in Rio de Janeiro, we will change the hotel quarantine
for offshore employees as described below:

Fully Vaccinated Personnel (15 days after the second dose or after the single dose of Janssen
vaccine).

 Home Quarantine: From the 1st to the 10th day;

  Travel Health Questionnaire: Complete on the 8th day of home quarantine;
 Transit: Will occur on the 10th day;
 Hotel quarantine: From the eleventh day to the 14th day after home quarantine starts;
 Shipment: It will take place on the 15th day, after the start of the home quarantine;
 PCR tests: On the 11th, 13th and 14th at the hotel;
 Medical Verification: On the 11th, 13th and 14th at the hotel;
 Pre-boarding Questionnaire: Day 15th.

Personnel with Incomplete Vaccination Cycle and/or Unvaccinated

Personnel who have not been vaccinated and/or have not completed the vaccination cycle must follow the
standard protocol of 8 days of home quarantine and 6 days of hotel quarantine.
